Exhibitor Application

Read Freely Fest will take place April 2-4, 2027, at Richland Library Main. Applications are now open for the Exhibitor Hall, which welcomes a wide range of participants.

Exhibitors are encouraged to take part throughout the full weekend, with organizations focused on children and families featured on Saturday and Sunday. Each exhibitor will receive a six-foot table and two chairs. Please include any additional space needs in your application.

January 8, 2027, is the deadline to apply.

    • Publishers

    • Booksellers

    • Library Resource Companies

    • Artisans specializing in bookish-themed, handmade crafts

    • Non-profits and organizations targeting book lovers, readers, writers, literacy and intellectual freedom

    Vendors must agree to hold any required licenses or permits.

  • All festival events will take place at Richland Library Main: 1431 Assembly Street, Columbia SC, 29201. Exhibitors will set up their booths inside on the 1st level of the library for the entirety of the festival. Spaces for each exhibitor will be approximately 4’x6’.  

  • A $250 exhibitor fee per table provides access to all three days of the festival.
